In the TikTok video, Montoya can be seen meeting First Lady Jill Biden and shaking hands with President Joe Biden while expressing her support for transgender rights. She enthusiastically states, "Trans rights are human rights!" directly to the camera.

The video also captures Montoya going topless during the event in front of President Biden and the White House. The footage prompted strong backlash from conservatives online, with Turning Point USA CEO Charlie Kirk tweeting, "GRAPHIC: Trans TikTok 'influencer' Rose Montoya posed topless at Biden's White House Pride celebration. Next to him is a biological female, also topless, who had her breasts surgically removed."

Subsequent clips in the video showcase Montoya striking suggestive poses in front of the White House, further fueling the online conversation and debate surrounding the incident.
